Facility Hire Terms

These terms apply to private hire of the facility operated by KVZ Performance Pty Ltd (ABN 75 697 828 176), trading as KVZ Performance ("KVZ", "we", "us"), at Unit 53, 3 Jackman Street, Southport QLD 4215. When you book and pay for facility hire, you (the "hirer") agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone in your group.

• Your booking reserves the floor and equipment for your named team for the date and time you selected. It can't be sublet, resold or transferred to another group.
• Hire is not exclusive use of the premises. We run open gym alongside, so other members may occasionally be training during your session. There is room for both, and the space and equipment are yours to use.
• Hire is for up to 10 people. If your group is larger, contact us before booking so we can help.
• Please arrive and leave on time. There is a gap between bookings so the space is clear for the next team; using time outside your slot may affect others.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is made in full at the time of booking, processed securely by Stripe.

• Your booking is strictly limited to the confirmed start and finish times. All participants and belongings must be clear of the training area by the end of the booked period.
• If you or any member of your group continues to use the facility beyond the booked time without prior approval from KVZ, additional hire fees apply. Additional time may be charged in one-hour increments at the applicable facility hire rate.
• Remaining in the facility beyond your booking does not guarantee continued or exclusive use of the space, and must not interfere with other bookings, members or scheduled activities.
• Unauthorised use beyond the booked period may also result in future facility hire privileges being refused.

• 48 hours or more before your start time: cancel for a full refund.
• Within 48 hours of your start time: the booking is non-refundable, as the slot is held for you and other teams have been turned away.
• If KVZ has to cancel your booking for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

• Facility hire is unstaffed. No KVZ staff will be on site during your session.
• You'll receive access and lock-up instructions by email after payment. You must follow them, keep the access details private, and secure the premises when you leave (close the roller door, turn off lights, lock all doors and reset the code).
• You are responsible for anyone you let into the facility during your session.

• Everyone training must read and sign the KVZ waiver before they take part. You're responsible for making sure your whole group signs it.
• Participants must be 18 or over, unless accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
• You are responsible for the conduct and safety of everyone in your group.

• Training carries risk. Everyone takes part at their own risk and should only attempt movements they are trained for and equipment they know how to use.
• A first aid kit is in the kitchen area. In an emergency, call 000. Make sure your group knows where the exits are.
• Use all equipment as intended. Keep the space clean and clear of chalk and spills to prevent slips.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, KVZ is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the facility. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Please leave the facility as you found it. Return all equipment to its place and clean up after your session.
• You are responsible for any damage, loss or theft caused by you or your group during your booking. Report any damage or faults to us as soon as possible.

• 3 September 2026 (v2026-09-03): Added Section 3, Booking times and overtime: strict booking times, overtime charged in one-hour increments, no guaranteed exclusive use past the slot, and that unauthorised overrun may lead to future hire being refused. • 20 August 2026 (v2026-08-20): First dedicated Facility Hire Terms published: booking, cancellations and refunds (48-hour rule), unstaffed use and access, participants and waivers, safety and use at own risk, property and damage, contact. Same-day refinements: headcount cap of 10, key terms shown on the hire page, and clarified that hire is not exclusive use of the premises.
